Here are some of our tips to help you build in building your timeless / capsule wardrobe:

  • Stick to simple shapes and dress for your size. Fast fashion typically uses cheap, synthetic materials like polyesters, satin, acryl, nylon etc., these fabrics do not have longevity and garments are often lacking in fit.  One of the most important tips when building a timeless wardrobe is to get pieces that will suit your own individual style the best. Classic lines and well-made pieces enable you to use a garment for much longer.
  • Invest in high quality pieces. Try to choose garments made with sustainable fabrics such as linen, organic cotton, natural silk, viscose, or wool. This way not only you are making an investment in pieces that will last and remain fashionable, but you are taking care of your body and health of your skin in the long term.
  • Choose solid, neutral fabrics. Neutral, timeless colours make it easy for you to create an unlimited number of combinations with the other pieces that you have in your wardrobe.
  • Study and learn how to take care of your clothes. We suggest starting by studying care labels carefully. Wash your garment as less as possible, use cold water and eco laundry powders and detergents. Wash inside out. Store all clothes in a cool and dry space to protect them from damp, sunlight, and heat, which can all cause damage. Repair any damage to a garment when you first notice it.
