Nasturtium or cress is a charming annual plant that features delicate salmon-colored flowers and a climbing stem, growing to a height of 20-30 cm.
It thrives in sunny, warm spots and prefers moist, wind-protected areas. For best results, plant it in well-drained soil rich in phosphorus and low in nitrogen, as this encourages more blooms rather than excessive stem growth. Seeds germinate at around 15°C, and the plant should only be placed in the garden once the frost has passed, making it a perfect choice for the warmer months.
